Facing my fear of water to help save the planet

My husband Jason Lewis is a Guinness World Record-setting adventurer. I am an animal rescuer from Colorado with no experience at sea, no ability to swim and a deep-seated lifelong fear of water.

I am currently on a journey around Great Britain in his tiny pedal boat at sea to bring awareness to what others are doing to help in the global warming fight.

My hope is to inspire others to step out of their comfort zone to support a cause and motivate others to believe in themselves. I’m almost 60.

I believe if I can do this anyone can!
