Always believe! Life is too short grasp any opportunity to try something new.

I’ve never been a runner, but in 2015 I did my first ever trail half marathon. Now I focus on Trail Ultras even though my last one had a DNF what I learnt about myself and how I could push both my body and mind has changed my outlook. Boundaries are there to be pushed and energise the body and the mind.
